I en tidskrift hade publicerats två artiklar om en person som synts i offentligheten. I artiklarna behandlades ett tidigare avslutat förhållande och sådant som hänförde sig till det. Fråga om svarandena gjort sig skyldiga till spridande av information som kränker privatlivet. (Omröstn.)
